BNP Paribas Private Bank launched in 2017 “Le Cercle des Influenceurs”, a collaborative platform gathering customers and employees to co-innovate.
Led by the digital and marketing teams, many projects are proposed all the year long through a “mirror approach” (same subject submitted to customers and employees, but in separated campaigns). The platform also permits to test interfaces of coming apps, but also offers and products.
