3 IDEATION CAMPAIGNS DIRECTED 

“CAISSE D’EPARGNE” chose Fanvoice’s platform and our consulting team to support them in the launching of their new feedback collection solution, more flexible and open, to improve their services.

The first campaign “Imagine the ideal relationship with your bank” is a kind of giant online focus group directed to detect quality improvement opportunities. It scores the involvement record for a regional bank (launched first by the LOIRE CENTRE Regional bank). 

The participant’s community permitted the company to improve quickly one of its products, and to launch a local “chat live” program
